Right now, my private studio runs on a flexible schedule since my work hours are still shifting a bit. I book sessions at times that work best for both of us — so just reach out, and we’ll find something that fits!
At Cynergy Radiates U, I’m available on Thursdays for appointments, between 10am - 8pm.

Phone Call: 613 403 6954 - Speak with me directly to choose your treatment and time. If I do not answer please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I am available.
Text Message: Send me a quick text with your preferred day & time and your treatment choice and I’ll reply with availability.
Facebook Messenger: Message me through my Facebook page — I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Since my hours are flexible, I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially if you’re planning something for a weekend or special occasion. Once confirmed, I’ll send you all the details you need for your visit.
I try to keep payments simple and convenient. You can pay on the day of your appointment by:
Cash – My preferred method of payment but I do understand that not everyone carries cash.
Credit/Debit Card – This incurs a 3% charge, to cover fees.
E-transfer - Please send to carol@tranquilmoments.ca
If you’d like to pay ahead of time, that can be arranged too — whatever makes things easiest for you.
Yes, of course. I understand that things come up and plans sometimes need to change. All I ask is that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please note that repeat last-minute cancellations may result in a fee. This helps keep things fair and ensures I can offer the time to someone else.

🕊️ Arriving for Your Session
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and take a moment to relax before we begin. If you’re running late, just let me know — I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.
💧 Cleanliness & Comfort
You don’t need to do anything special before your appointment — simply come clean and comfortable.
A light shower beforehand is appreciated, but not essential.
I’ll always cleanse and prepare the area being treated as part of your session.
🦶 Reflexology
For reflexology sessions, there’s no need for special prep. Clean feet are ideal, but I’ll cleanse them before we start. Just wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your feet and lower legs.
💆♀️ Massage & Body Treatments
If you’re having a massage or body treatment, you can come as you are. I’ll ensure your comfort and privacy at all times, and the area being worked on will be properly cleansed during your session.

Your treatment is a time to relax, restore, and reconnect — and the care you give yourself afterward helps extend those benefits even further. Here are a few gentle reminders to help you feel your best post-session:
💧 Hydration
Drink plenty of water or herbal tea after your treatment. This helps your body stay hydrated and supports the natural detoxifying and balancing effects of your session.
🌿 Rest & Reflection
Try to take things easy for the rest of the day, if possible. Your body and mind may continue to process and rebalance after the treatment, so giving yourself some quiet time helps deepen the results.
💆♀️ After a Massage or Body Treatment
Avoid hot baths or showers for a few hours — let your skin absorb the nourishing oils.
You might feel a little sleepy or light after your treatment; that’s completely normal.
Gentle stretching or a short walk can help your body integrate the benefits.
🦶 After Reflexology
Take time to rest and notice how your body feels — some people feel deeply relaxed, others more energized.
Drink extra water to help flush out any toxins released during the treatment.
